Chia Water

Chia water with lemon and lime.

Forget boba or bubble tea, chia is where it’s at! Ok, maybe I’m the only one that feels this way, but if you want to add texture to your drink, you might as well add loads of fibre, omega 3s, and protein.

Chia originates in central Mexico and was used by the Aztecs. In the Mayan language, Chia means strength. It became more popular in North America in the 20th century as a household pet. Did you have one?

Ch-ch-ch-chia!
